in the plugging booking windows and other i can t change names and family names or email, i don t have the hand. impossible to change or fix it in the setting; ANd the names of my client David cassier appear in my dashboard as the owner of the application instead of me . help me.

The reason why you can't change the name, family name and email is because you are logged in. You can try the booking form with different name if you open a new incognito page and try the booking process.
David Cassier is probably somehow saved as the name/last name for you/the admin in the database, so you just need to go to your database and change the name/last name for the admin. Please see attachment.

Have you set everything up in Amelia -> Settings -> Notification settings? Please check information about setting this up following this link.
If you set everything up correctly, check if you have some errors in the error log for the notifications and check the Spam as well.
