In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

i want for my users to see my available time slots (my time zone) in their time zones for their understanding?
where can i find "Show booking slots in a client time zone" in amelia settings?

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
I have already answered you on the previous ticket. We have this option and it is in our General Settings. Once you enable it your clients will see your available time slots in their time zone that is set on their local machines and you will see the time slots and appointments scheduled in the time zone that is set in WordPress General Settings.
