Unfortunately, installment payments are not supported in Amelia with its current built-in features. There are two payment methods in Amelia - pay everything (once) while booking /online/ (using WooCommerce, PayPal, Stripe) or pay everything on-site /offline/ when you come for the appointment.
I will add this to our list for some future updates, and if this is requested more often we will definitely consider implementing it in one of our future releases.
