Hi, I bought the trial of wpDataTables on the 6th of October. Yesterday 17th of October I requested a refund as it doesn't work for me, given I'm still in the trial period. I haven't received any notification that I submitted the claim for refund, no Ticket number, no one has contacted me, nothing . When can I expect the refund to happen?

We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
We're sorry to hear you do not want to use the tool after purchase.
When you request Refund from our store, that request is forward to our management team to analyze, and they have to approved it. It should be approved very soon.
