    I currently have the free version of Amelia on my WP website

    Fragileheartcpr.com.  The plugin is not working properly.  When a customer schedules a class, the email notification I receive contains all the short codes and does not give me the date and time of the appointment.  I have no problem purchasing the full version of Amelia, as I have a lot of information already set up in the program. However, I need my scheduling plugin to work the way it should because I am losing business. When I try the test email function it works fine. but in actuality it does not work when being used by a customer.

    Also, If I purchase the full version will I have better support than email support?

    Thank you for your inquire.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
