Amelia can not connect to my employee's Google Calendar while it's registered and the employee has licensed Amelia from their Google Account. I do not know what to do because a few days ago it worked. I'm warning you that the Amelia app has not been approved by Google, there is a systematic error message when you want to connect an account.
Thanks for your help
PS: Sorry for the syntax but I do not speak English, I use google translate ...
That warning that you're getting is simply because you need to authorize Amelia app to access Google. This is happening because the verification is not yet complete, and you simply need to click on “Advanced” and then on “Go to your-website (unsafe)“, and you will be redirected to the next screen where you need to allow Amelia to access the calendar.
If I understood you correctly, you went through this and the Employee's Google Calendar button changed from blue to red, like this?
If this is true, I'm going to have to remote in and take a look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
