I have 3 locations. How can I do if employee works for several locations? and if service is only available for 1 location?

Thank you for your purchase!
When you go to the Employee -> Work Hours, you can choose the time slots / separate work hours / and assign the service for each time slot separately and a location for this time slot. This way, you can assign different services with different locations to the same employee.
