In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello,

    I think the subject is pretty self explanatory.

    I believe an important feature for booking appointments is the ability to set the minimum time required before booking different for each service (rather than a global setting).

    For example, I have two services that my clients can book. One I can accept bookings at any time, even 1 hour beforehand. However the other service, I want to set a minimum time of a week before a booking can be made. This is because after the booking is made, the client will be required to complete a questionnaire and I need to conduct research prior to the service being performed.

    I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

    Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.

    I have forwarded this to our development team, so they can look into adding it for one of our future releases.
