We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Right, so I've submitted a refund request, yet heard nothing. Now I've tried to raise a ticket using my purchase code, but I'm getting "purchase code expired" or something. I have the emails showing my purchase, I have the records on my credit card. Since I'm unable to create a ticket / email anywhere else can you please help process this asap (before it gets to social media / ratings). Plenty of promises of refunds requests all over your site, would like to see them honoured obviously.

We have checked your e-mail, and the refund has been authorized 2 days ago.
Since we're using Paddle as our reseller, they are the ones who actually refund your money. As per their documentation, PayPal refunds typically re-appear in a customer’s account within 48 hours of requesting the refund and refunds via credit card typically take 3-5 working days to credit back into a customer’s account.
We have authorized the refund request, and the process is ongoing. That is why you cannot open a ticket with the purchase code you received. If you have any further questions about where your money is, and when the funds will be credited back to your account, please feel free to reach out to Paddle's support.
