Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
i have a scheduling issue == a customer can select one to start on the hour / or every half hour ( 16 openings per day), then can choose 1 of 5 services with differnt lenghts of time and can choose one of 6 employees to do it
Hi Richard,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Can you please explain to me in more details what is the issue here?
Thanks.
I have 6 different rooms to schedule every day from 8 am to 5 pm.
The service offered in each of the rooms can be 1.5 hr, 2 hr, 2.5 hr, 3 hr, 3.5 hr long
But I cannot have any client start at the same , even if it is in another room. (must setup for needs, prep client, login etc)
One person running the operation, must 'start the client service' then can leave the room to 'start another'.
Example: Service A lasting 2 hours @ 8am in Room 1, Service B lasting 2 hours cannot start @ 8 am in Room 2 - it can start @ 8:30am
Hi Richard,
Unfortunately something like this is not possible. In order to allow your customers to schedule in 8am and 8:30am your service would need to last 30 minutes in the back-end so the plugin could allow this. Maybe you can show actual duration as an information but set 30 minutes while creating the services in the plugin.
Best regards.
