We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello, I am considering the purchase of your Amelia plugin because I have to create a website for legal consultancy services. The software has many interesting features, I gave a very quick reading to the guides and demos and I would have questions.

    1) it is possible to send the request for payment of a service in a phase after submitting the form. (eg the client completes the form asking for a 30-minute consultation does not pay at this stage, the employee responds to the request by saying that a 1-hour consultation is required and send the payment request preferably paypal.) 2) the forms give the customer the possibility to choose the employee, if instead you do not want to give this opportunity and make sure that the employee himself takes charge of the appointment.

For greater clarity, I will explain the steps I would like to implement on the site. 1) Cilent in a request via form where it describes the type of legal problem, as well as name, email and any attached files. 2) no payment is made 3) Send notifications to the customer and to all employees of that service 3) the status of the appointment and in the approval phase (pending) 4) One of the employees takes charge of the appointment if necessary, changes, and responds with a payment proposal. 5) if the customer accepts, the status of the appointment is changed to confirmed.

I hope I was clear and I thank you in advance for your reply.
