In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

WpDataTables stuck in loading in wordpress admin page

    Hello,

    I've installed free plugin of wpDataTables on my website to check how it works before purchasing full license. It was OK before but recently I can't open it's admin page in wordpress admin page. It stuck in loading. I attached screenshot. Please check it and tell me if you know what's the problem. Please be aware that I'm using WordPress 5.2.4.

    Hello Ali

    Have you tried updating the Lite version? The latest version of wpDataTables Lite is 2.0.14.

    If that doesn't fix the issue you're experiencing, then there is probably a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

    Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for wpDataTables, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
