How do I add off days for employees? Days off are 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. The entry field date entry field appears to over take a consecutive range.

Unfortunately, you can't set the days off to repeat every week. The work hours are set for all days in the week and this is applied to all weeks in the future. You can make days off or special days but you need to make them on one date. So, in your case, you would need to see the dates of the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the months ahead and make days off for these dates.
