We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    hello, after the update the texts for the acceptance of the terms and the text "mandatory field" no longer appear as I have to do?

    No, after installing the plugin I only translated with loco translate and I didn't make any other changes, instead on my other booking site https://www.sportgram.it I did the same but it doesn't even translate the text

    however now acceptance strings no longer exist, I think it's good

    Hello gspata97, 

    When you make some changes using translation programs or you translate the plugin using Loco translate or Poedit, this will be overwritten with the new update. So, you need to do the same / change the text / translate strings after each update of Amelia. 

    In general, if the translation to a new language is made for the whole plugin (all strings in it) we ask the users to send us their translation so we can include it in our plugin in the next update. But this is done for a new language translation, if you change only some strings or similar, we can't add that to our plugin since it will overwrite this to everyone who uses it.
