I have already ordered the Amelia Basic, but i realized it doesn't fit with all my requirements, i need more properties, like payments, or other specifications in the bookings.
I found out when you promote the three categories in your website: basic, premium, developer you don't differentiate the specifications between them. I think is not a matter of how many domains you have but the characteristics of every category of your products is what in my case matters.
Please could you help me to know wich of your products fits with all my needs if i need a gateway payment, plus all the characteristics to specify the best the bookings?
The only difference between the subscription/licenses basic, pro and developer is the number of domains where you can activate Amelia on.
The issue in your case is that you probably had the Lite version before upgrading to premium/full version and the installation/update was not done successfully so that is why you get the message "This is a premium feature". Sorry for any inconvenience this have caused.
Unfortunately, you cannot just enter the purchase code and update Lite to the full version. The Lite version needs to be deactivated/deleted, and the full version installed to be able to activate the license and use all features of the plugin.
You can download the full version by logging into our store with the credentials you received when you purchased the plugin via e-mail.
Unfortunately, the update to full version from Lite can't be done with only entering the purchase code in the provided field.
The Lite version needs to be deactivated/deleted, and the full version installed to be able to activate the license and use all features of the plugin.
My suggestion is to install/update the plugin manually by following these steps:
1) Download the zip from our store or from the email that you received when you made the purchase
2) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder
4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section
6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again
If you are using hosting where you are not allowed to your FTP then follow those instructions:
1) Download the zip from our store or from the email that you received when you made the purchase
2) Delete Amelia plugin from WordPress Plugins page
3) Click on Add new on Plugins page
4) Click on Upload plugin on Plugins page
5) Choose previously downloaded ameliabooking zip file
6) When uploading is done, please Activate Amelia plugin
7) Clear server and browser cache.
Please note that if you delete plugin from Plugins page you WILL NOT lose your data, because it is already saved in your database.
Please note that our plugin have a size of around 6 MB so if yo are not able to upload the plugin through WordPress plugins page, then you need to increase following:
upload_max_file size,
post_max_size ,
max_execution_time
You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.
If you have any other questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask,
