We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I hold 3 classes every morning. I have only one location, no employees just 3 services with a duration of 45 minutes. I have configured Amelia with myself as employee with working hours 9am to 1pm, one location and 3 services, fitness, kickboxing and judo as at different prices. This configuration does not quite work as all time slots show as available regardless of which service is chosen. I need to fix the time slot of each service e.g 9 - 9.45 for fitness, 10 - 10.45 for kickboxing and 11 - 11.45 for Judo. Is there a way I can do this.
thank you
Bruno Gall
Hello Bruno.
Thank you for your purchase.
Sure, when you open your Employee, navigate to Working hours. There you can set different time periods, like this:
So, in my example my employee would work on Service 1 from 09:00 - 09:30, and on Service 2 from 10:00 - 10:30. This can go on as many times as you want. Simply click on the "+" sign in the top right to add a new time period.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
