Unfortunately, this is not possible with the Amelia's current built-in features. You need to manually put the coupon code in an email or other way of communication with your customers.
You can set the 'Notification interval' which means that you can set the number of approved bookings after which the customer will automatically receive the coupon in notification. But, the coupon placeholder needs to be set in the notification template in order for this to work.
