We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi there

    Instead of sending a next day reminder is it possible to send a reminder 48 hours prior to the appointment instead?

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Unfortunately something like this is not possible at the moment. Currently, we only have one day before reminder but in the future we will certainly work on more reminders. I have added your suggestion on our list, and I can contact you once we implement it.

    Hi Candice,

    The recurring option will not be added in the next version but we plan to implement it as soon as possible. We were not able to start working on this because of some changes in our company, however it is still among our priorities. 

    We have follow up email that is sent after the appointment. As for the alert, we don't have it at the moment but we will think about this option together with recurring option.

    Thanks again for your reply! It's a pity the recurring option won't be released soon, I was really hoping it would be as I really love your plugin. When do you anticipate the recurring option will be released?

    Hi Candice,

    Probably in two or three months. It is one of our priorities but we think that we must implement front-end customers cabinet first so the customers can easily track their recurring appointments on their front-end page and cancel or reschedule them.
