I've downloaded the booking form Amelia, I installed it on Wordpress all ok. Now I try to click the activate button but it sticks on the page. Nothing is happening. Please help!

Ok, I see now. We have this problem because of a conflict with some other plugin that uses Less library, so they can't be read at the same time by WordPress. Sorry for any inconvenience this have caused you.
So could you please deactivate all the other plugins and activate Amelia first, and then activate all of your plugins again? If you maybe have the plugin WP Less, you can try deactivating only that one and activate Amelia (and then activate WP Less again).
And if you could please tell me which plugins are you using? So we can see which one is causing this conflict and solve this for future references.
Thank you!
Hope this helps!
Let me know if you encounter some issue while doing this,
We change some code in our plugin which was causing this conflict with some other plugin or theme. I created an employee, category and service in your Amelia just to test this out, so you can delete these.
Please check it out and let me know if everything works well,
P.S. Please update the plugin because we had some bug in this version that you have, when using Gutenberg blocks and if no events were created. It is fixed in the newest version. After you update it deactivate and activate the plugin and delete cache.
My suggestion is to update the plugin manually by following these steps:
1) Download the zip from our store or from the email that you received when you made the purchase
2) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder
4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section
6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again
If you are using hosting where you are not allowed to your FTP then follow those instructions:
1) Download the zip from our store or from the email that you received when you made the purchase
2) Delete Amelia plugin from WordPress Plugins page
3) Click on Add new on Plugins page
4) Click on Upload plugin on Plugins page
5) Choose previously downloaded ameliabooking zip file
6) When uploading is done, please Activate Amelia plugin
7) Clear server and browser cache.
Please note that if you delete plugin from Plugins page you WILL NOT lose your data, because it is already saved in your database.
Please note that our plugin have a size of around 6 MB so if yo are not able to upload the plugin through WordPress plugins page, then you need to increase following:
upload_max_file size,
post_max_size ,
max_execution_time
You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.
If you have any other questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask,

Hello James,
Thank you for your purchase!
Could you please tell me which PHP version do you have?
Thanks!
What do you mean by PHP?

Hi Marija,
I have done as you asked and deactivated the plugins I could - however trying to activate Amelia has triggered a fatal error again.
The plugins I deactivated were:
Admin menu editor
AMP
Colibri page builder
Contact form by Supsystic
Elementor
Elementor - Header, footer & blocks
Max Mega Menu
Navmenu Addon for Elementor
WP Mega Menu
The plugins I could not deactivate were:
Akimet Anti-Spam
Jetpack by Wordpress.com
The reason I could not deactivate these plugins is because they are automatically managed for me by Wordpress and there is no deactivate button.
Here is the fatal error message from this time round:
Fatal error: Uncaught Less_Exception_Compiler: error evaluating function `fade` The first argument to fade must be a color index: 3049 in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Tree/Call.php:80 Stack trace: #0 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Tree/Expression.php(42): Less_Tree_Call->compile(Object(Less_Environment)) #1 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Tree/Value.php(27): Less_Tree_Expression->compile(Object(Less_Environment)) #2 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Tree/Rule.php(75): Less_Tree_Value->compile(Object(Less_Environment)) #3 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Tree/Ruleset.php(94): Less_Tree_Rule->compile(Object(Less_Environment)) #4 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Tree/Ruleset.php(94): Less_Tree_Ruleset->compile(Object(Less_Environment)) #5 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Tree/Ruleset.php(94): Less_Tree_Ruleset->compile(Object(Less_Environment)) #6 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Tree/Ruleset.php(94): Less_Tree_Ruleset->compile(Object(Less_Environment)) #7 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Tree/Ruleset.php(94): Less_Tree_Ruleset->compile(Object(Less_Environment)) #8 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Tree/Ruleset.php(94): Less_Tree_Ruleset->compile(Object(Less_Environment)) #9 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Parser.php(199): Less_Tree_Ruleset->compile(Object(Less_Environment)) #10 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/Services/Frontend/LessParserService.php(53): Less_Parser->getCss() #11 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/WP/InstallActions/ActivationSettingsHook.php(324): AmeliaBooking\Infrastructure\Services\Frontend\LessParserService->compileAndSave(Array) #12 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/WP/InstallActions/ActivationSettingsHook.php(42): AmeliaBooking\Infrastructure\WP\InstallActions\ActivationSettingsHook::initCustomizationSettings() #13 /wordpress/core/5.2.3/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): AmeliaBooking\Infrastructure\WP\InstallActions\ActivationSettingsHook::init('') #14 /wordpress/core/5.2.3/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #15 /wordpress/core/5.2.3/wp-includes/plugin.php(465): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #16 /wordpress/core/5.2.3/wp-admin/plugins.php(177): do_action('activate_amelia...') #17 {main} thrown in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Tree/Call.php on line 80
Hello James,
Could you please add the Duplicator plugin, and duplicate your site and send us the files?
We would need to recreate everything you have and then debug it. It is definitely a conflict with something, but we need to see with what exactly.
Thanks!
Hi there,
It says the Duplicator plugin is not supported, as such I cannot activate it.
Warm Regards,
James
Hello James,
Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends.
I haven't received any email from you (please see attachment). I checked the spam, as well under other names.
Could you please resend it?
Thanks!
Hi Marija,
It does not seem to have sent, so I have re-sent it.
Warm Regards,
James
I have sent it from the following email:
[email protected]
Hello James,
I got the email, thanks! We will reproduce your website, and I will let you know as soon as we find the conflict.
Sorry for the wait.
Hello James,
You are welcome.
Sorry it takes some time to debug, though.
No, there is no need for the changes, since the issue was already there, something that you had is conflicting with Amelia.
I will get back to you as soon as we have a solution,
