in the backend, is it possible to display only the opening hours ? our locations are open (roughly) from 10 AM to 19 PM, but the display starts at 7:00 and goes to 21:00.
this uses a lot of space and forces to scroll down each time we check the appointments - ideally, the display should start with the first opening time possible.
Could you please tell me where exactly are these hours shown in Amelia? What are the work hours in your Amelia -> Settings -> Working hours & Days off?
I see, thank you! But unfortunately, I will have to disappoint you on this one - this can't be changed in Amelia, the calendar is set to show the hours from around 2 hours before the work hours.
We haven't had this request by our users so far, but if this comes up more often in the suggestions/requests we will consider changing this in the future releases.
If you have any further questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask,
thanks for your answer but that's unfortunate... and not easy to understand : i can't see the logic in starting the calendar 2 hours before opening, as no appointment can be made within those hours, nor other information displayed ? why not 6 hours or half an hour ?
I see your point, but somehow this was a little bit of our designers choice and a little bit of our developers choice while creating Amelia. Maybe they wanted to achieve some header/footer-like effect/view in the calendar or similar.
But, I will note your suggestion down and forward it to the development team. Maybe there will be more users who don't like this view so we'll consider changing it.
Sorry I couldn't help more at this point.
If you have any further questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask,
no more question, thank you - but i'm quite sure that most of your customer, if asked the question, will feel like me on that point.
it may not be a problem as it's not a bug, but it has no interest apart from starting the calendar with a large amount of empty space.
and who knows : may be it's an easy code modification*, and we will have a pleasant surprise in the next update !
btw on our site i also reduced (with css) the line-height of the calendar, again to avoid too much scrolling and to allow a wider view of the appointments.

can this be done ?
