I have had a few customers who have tried to book a session online to be told their email address already exists with another account and requires the customer to submit another email address. Is there a way for repeat customers to be able to book with their original email without being prevented from booking? Thank you, Justin

Can you please tell me which version of our plugin do you use?
Also did you checked the option Automatically create Amelia Customer user in the amelia settings_> roles settings ( attachment)
