Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: Our team will be out of the office on Monday, November 11th in observance of Armistice Day, but don’t worry—we'll be back in full swing on Tuesday, November 12th.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi,
this is partly a feature request / partly an issue for us. When adding a new entry (employee, appointment, etc) through the backend, if the user accidentally clicks anywhere else on the site, all the data entered disappears and they have to re-start again. This is highly time consuming and annoying. It would be great if this could be resolved either with a warning message or in another user-friendly way.
Thanks,
Andrius
Hello Andrius.
This is happening because the new entry is coming up in a modal, and like every other modal - if you click away, it disappears.
I will definitely forward your suggestion to our development team, so they can review it and hopefully find a solution for this issue.
Kind regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

It'd be great! Hope you can find a solution to this. I'm sure it'd be a much appreciated UX enhancement.
