We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    1. For some reason, if you enter “Aug-2019” and “1,117,501” the new entry will appear at the top of the table. But if you enter anything else (literally, I tried “Anything else” and “1,117,501”) it will correctly get added to the bottom. So even though it seems silly, I would first add a new row with something like “New” for the month and then the value in the Total column. (And I would do this in the Standard view, not Excel.)
    2. Click OK to save it.
    3. Click that row, then click Edit.
    4. Change “New” to the month you want and click OK to save it.

Is there some sort of sorting based on the month’s name?

    Hello RFAWP

I don't see any sorting logic in your screenshot, so I don't believe it's connected to that, even though that was my first thought.

wdt_ID doesn't have any sorting applied; If "Month" was the column used for sorting, it'd either be alphabetically (Aug-2019, Aug-2018, and so on) or per month, but it's not doing anything like this; for a second I thought the last column is sorted in a descending fashion, but then I saw that there is no sense after wdt_ID = 71.

I tried logging in, but https://ethanolrfa.org/wp-admin/ and https://ethanolrfa.org/wp-login.php take me to a "page not found" page.

Can you, please tell me where I can log into your WordPress site, and with which credentials? Just make sure you enable the private response, so it is visible only to us.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

I used a work around, the issue is not solved so if you could look into further that'd be great. you can try copying the table and doing it on another website then add new month rows to replicate the issue
