I'm using Amelia, but I want to do some things and I don't know if it's possible.
First of all, I'd like to allow the system recharge the sms amount automatically so I won't need to recharge it by myself and avoid situations when sms won't send because there's no amount.
Else, I would like to use like "10 times" card (subscriptions card) for my clients, for example: 9 appointments with payment but the 10 is free. how can I do it in Amelia?
1. I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features. We already have that request in our "to-do" list, though, and our developers are looking into applying something like that in the future. Unfortunately it is not available yet.
2. You can do this by creating a coupon. When you're creating it, you can go to "Notifications" tab, and set up after how many approved bookings will an e-mail notification be sent to the customer:
You will need to configure the notification e-mail template, and to include the discount coupon placeholder there in order for it to work. For example:
The %coupon_1% placeholder will not be sent unless the following criteria is met:
User already booked and has 9 approved bookings.
So, after the 9th approved appointment, they will see this instead of an empty row where %coupon_1% is:
You can use this coupon for next booking: your_coupon_code
Thank you for your reply, but you didn't answer exactly for my second question.
Is it possible to make like a "10 times card"? For example, if you go to gym you buy card which let you 10 appointments for X price instead of full price. That's what I wanna do in my system.
Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have a bulk purchase option. We're looking into adding that as a feature, but until then I can offer a work-around.
You can create a service which would be named "Bulk Purchase" for example, and it would cost a certain discounted amount. Then, you would need to create a 100% discount coupon which could be used 9 times, and limit the usage to 9 per customer, like this:
My advice would also be to enable the notifications, so they get an e-mail with the discount coupon, explaining that they need to use the coupon for the remaining 9 sessions:
You would need to add the %coupon_1% placeholder to the e-mail, so they get the coupon code they can use.
After someone books the first appointment, they receive an e-mail with it, and they use it to book the remaining 9 sessions.
Yeah, the placeholder should work for SMS notifications as well. Only we didn't include the placeholder in the </>SMS Placeholders list, so you'll have to copy it from the e-mail notifications.

Hello Ofek.

I see, Ofek.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Hello.
Thank you for your reply.
Does the notification option include the sms notifications? Or only the email?
Thanks.
