You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I purchased the plugin for my client yesterday however have noticed that the service duration doesn't have the option for a custom duration and is set to specific times. My client runs a therapy practice and the duration of each appointment is 50 minutes however we only have the option to select 45 minutes or an hour. Is there any way around this please? We need to be able to show the duration as 50 minutes due to the nature of the service.
