Hi,
I need to set my workhours as 10:30 to 11:30, and not 10-11, or 11-12.
Is this not possible? I feel like that's how it was, but now I just updated to 2.2.1 from 2.1.
In any case, this needs to be possible. Even allowing for 15 min increments would make sense.
Hello Elis Mar,
Yes, this is possible, you should just change the "Default time slot step" in Amelia -> Settings -> General Settings to 30 min or 15 min if you want.
Hopet this helps!
If you have any other questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask,
Okay.
I think this should be two different settings. A workday isn't always the same as service duration * no of bookings, and different services might be have different duration.
In my case, I want to have a 1h service bookable every Sunday at 10:30, but now I can't unless I allow for 30 min time slot booking.
Hello Elis Mar,
Yes, this is applied for all time slots in the plugin. But bellow this option you have an option "Use service duration for booking a time slot " (in Amelia -> Settings -> General Settings) and when you enable it, it will make the time slot steps the same as the service duration in the booking process.
Hope this helps!
If you have any other questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask,

Glad I could help
