In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi, I want to know yif I can use wptables plugin for wordpress in two environments for the same website: in a develop environment (with the url of my company) and the same website in production environment (with the url of the client).
I´m asking for the BASIC wpDataTables plugin for WordPress.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
The Basic license can be used on one domain and an unlimited number of sub-domains. So, if you were to use the license in development environment, once you're done you would need to deactivate the license there, and activate it in production environment.
Having one Basic license on two webistes (on different domains) is not allowed, and you will not be able to activate one license on two different domains. You can, however, have one Basic license installed on a Multi-Site, where one of the sub-sites is development, and the second one production.
