How can I allow existing e-mail, but with different names to book appointments. For instance a father scheduling an appointment to him and for his son at the same time.

When you navigate to main Amelia Settings / Roles Settings / Customer, disable the "Check customer's name for existing email when booking" slider:
And one e-mail address can then be used for booking with different names.
