We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

As my customers book a lesson on my website, they come to the payment screen with Stripe checkout. Is there a way to add additional required fields for the customer to fill out such as address, email address and how did they hear about us? How can it also be added to the google calendar so that my employees can get their appointments along with contact info? Just to clarify my employees are required to go to my customer's address so this info is needed on google calendar.

    Hello Cole.

You can add some custom fields at the end of the booking form, where they would enter that information. They can be mandatory, but don't have to.

When you're creating e-mail templates for your employees, you have an option to add the content of those custom fields with provided placeholders:

    %custom_field_#%

Where # is actually the number of the custom field, available in the </> Show Email Placeholders drop down in the top right, above the e-mail templates.

I'm not sure if that would also be displayed on the Google Calendar, but when you open the newly created Google Event, you should see the e-mail notification where that info is located.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,
