We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi, Today is my first Thursday seeing clients and currently the clients cannot book on my website. I currently have a 10am, 11:15, 12:30, 1:45, 3, 4:15, and 5:30pm appointments available but I cannot book those times on my end and clients cannot book on their end. Do you know what might be causing this? Thank you,Justin

Thank you for contacting us.
Can you please check wether you have set Thursday as the working day in employee's working hours or in General Working hours? The General Working hours have purpose in the beginning when you don't have created employees yet. The hours that you set there will be applied for each new employee. However, once you create the employee and set his working hours, these employee's working hours will override General working hours. So, after that if you want to edit the working hours you need to do that on the employee's side.
If you made this change in the employees profile and you still don't see Thursday as the working day, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Please see the screenshots attached, I went on your booking form and Thursday is marked as available. Only in the October 17th and 24th are unavailable because you have set those days as vacation days, but other Thursdays are available for booking. On the back-end Thursday is also available for booking.
