We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi There,
I am enjoying your plugin. Thanks for creating it!
I have one issue at the moment. I am setting up an event and I need everyone that registers to present their confirmation email with the unique attendee code (using %attendee_code%) on arrival.
The problem is that I am not able to cross reference the code with the back end attendee list as these codes do not show up.
Am I looking in the wrong place?
Please help!
Thanks
Hello Ricki.
Thank you for your kind words.
The %attendee_code% placeholder somehow got through, even though it shouldn't have yet.
Anyway, I'm sending you a .zip folder. Please navigate to ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src, and replace the files you find in the .zip archive with what you find there. That should add the attendee code, and it will be visible next to the Attendee Name.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

that’s great. Thanks! I’ll give it a try.
So I will be able to see all the details of my attendees (code, email, custom fields etc), right?
I prefer the event module but I notice the data doesn’t show on the dashboard
Will this be the case now?
Hi Ricki.
At the moment, we've only added the attendee code, so it is seen next to the attendee's name. This is a hot-fix, so it doesn't have all the functionalities intended for the placeholder.
It will probably offer more when we release our next update, but for now it is just there to provide a link between the attendee and the code.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
