Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: Our team will be out of the office on Monday, November 11th in observance of Armistice Day, but don’t worry—we'll be back in full swing on Tuesday, November 12th.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards,
TMS
After entering the work hours for each employee they are not shown to the clients when they want to book.

Hello Wendelin,
Thank you for your purchase!
Have you made services and assigned them to employees? Please check also whether the duration of the services is set to 1 hour (if your services lasts one hour) and also if there are any buffer times before/after since the work hours of the employee should be longer than the service together with the buffer times (so for example if a service is 1 hour and has a buffer time before 30 min the work hours of the employee should be at least 1h30min for one time slot). Also, have you set the "default time slot step" in Amelia -> General Settings as you need?
Please check these links from our documentation: Global working hours, Employees and Services.
If you have already done and still have an issue please let me know and I will gladly help out,
Hello Marija,
thank you so much for your input. These are the logical steps I followed. Yet with the same result.
I have created you an Amelia Manager account and will send you a pm. I'd be so happy if you could perhaps help me with this as otherwise I'll have to uninstall the plugin from the website again.
Best regards from Freiburg
