We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I want to use Amelia for a gym website, but the gym wants to be Able to sell a package of classes and then for the user to schedule them in the calendar, I think this is not possible with Amelia at the moment, but wanted to see if it is, or if it could be implemented
example
Client pays for 5 classes, and then they can book them and not have to pay again
Hi Pedro,
Thanks for your interest.
You are right, unfortunately we don't have that option yet. We have that in our idea list, and it will be implemented most probably next year in Q1 or Q2.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Hey there Nevena !
thanks for the quick response
as a workaround, im wondering If I can give users "money" to their accounts, so it count be discounted from their balance, I'm not sure if this is possible
example; user pays 100 usd and I give them 100 usd in credits in their balance, and then when they do their booking, it could be discounted from their balance
let me know if this is possible, thanks !
Hi Pedro,
We don't have a deposit option, the only thing that comes to my mind is that you can charge first booking for example 100$ and to send them coupons of 100% off for next x number of bookings. Coupons can be automatically sent to users.
There's an option for automatic sending of coupon codes when a customer books a certain number of appointments – it is possible to define a notification interval (e.g. issue a coupon for every 5 appointments), configure whether the coupon should be generated every time when the defined number of appointments is reached or just the first time, and define the usage limit by the customer.
Let me know if you have further questions!
