We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I like all the amelia features, but I am not sure if there are some more things that my business needs.
1. I need to sell service packages at special prices. (For example 12 classes) And I need the booking system to discount the classes already taken and send a message to the student when the package ends.
2. I need the service providers to be able to control their availability, their profiles and their prices.

Thank you for your inquire.
Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately packages are not possible to achieve with our plugin built tin features at the moment, but we have in plan to implement packages for some future updates of the plugin as this is one of the requested features.
Can you please explain me a little more about the second question. There is an option in Employees page to set the working hours of the employee as well as the price of the services for each service.

I think I will use coupons and assign one different to each student. Redeemable only the number of classes they bought.
About the second question I already checked what you mention.
