We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi there, just thinking about buying your plugin but wanted to ask about the Woocommerce integration. Is it possible to have different products in the Woocommerce catalogue for the different services that are being booked?

Just wondered as at the moment I'm using custom emails depending on the product and thought that I'd be able to offer customer emails with different discount codes depending on the product/appointment type that's been booked.

    Thanks,

    Paul.

    Hi Paul,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Unfortunately at the moment all services are connected to the same product in WooCommerce. We had couple of requests for this so we will think about implementing it in the future. As for the coupons, in our plugin you can create different coupons and connect each one with one or several services. After that you can add a coupon placeholder in the email and customer will receive different coupon code with different discount depending on the service that he schedules. Maybe this is something that would suit you without Woocommerce. You can read about our coupons here, and also try them on the back-end demo here.

    Best regards.

    Hi Isidora,

Thanks for the reply. Sounds as though that would do the trick. Sorry, I'd asked about the Woocommerce integration as I'd worked with that previously using the custom emails to be able to send out coupons.

Will have a look through the links you sent through.

    Really appreciate the help,

    Paul.
