My customer is trying to book 2 appointments in October. She got this error... (pls see attached) Im sure she knows her name!
This plugin is driving me nuts!
Hello Susanna,
Sorry to hear you are having issues with Amelia.
Could you please tell me have you enabled the option "Check customer's name for existing email when booking" in Amelia -> Settings -> Roles settings (please see attachment) ?
When this option is enabled your customers won’t be able to use the same email for booking with different first and last name. If you don’t want this, disable the option and your existing customers will be able to enter different information when they are booking with the same email.
Sometimes people enter their name with small first letter, or with same space before/after, etc. and it is saved like that in database and later on when they type it correctly this issue occur.
Hope this helps!
