Having run some tests, we accidentally booked a service more than once at the same time! This is ok as it was only testing but I do not want people to be able to book calls at the same time! What can I do, I have the max limit set at 1 so what other option is there?
Sure, if you have more than one employee assigned to one service, and maximum capacity per service set to "1", your customers will be able to book as many times as there are available employees.
For example if 3 employees work on 1 service with max capacity set to "1", three of your customers will be able to book, all with a different employee.

Hello Susanna.
When you go to Appointment Settings, in main settings of Amelia, you'll see these two sliders:
Disable the first one to disable booking above maximum capacity.
Best regards.

Hi Aleksandar, can I let people book at the same time but different employees?
