We are a beauty salon, thinking about bying amelia. We have a few questions..

• If we are gonna use amelia for our bookings, is there some kind of app where we can see/manage our appointments. We want to combine bookings through website and bookings that come in by phone. Therefore it is very important we have 1 booking calendar that we can see very easily on our phone that shows the online bookings and allows us to manually put in appointments that arrive throught the phone. Does amelia have an app (or something) we can see on our phone without having to login at wordpress AND does amelia allows us to put in phone appointments in the online booking calendar.
• We don't want to give people the option to choose between employees. We just want to give them every possible appointment, it does not matter which employee this is (this is how we work). I do have 2 people working at the same time on one day. Does amelia still work if we not neccessarily show them the option of choosing between the employees. 
• I have different kinds of appointments (brows is 30 minutes, but lashes is 90 minutes). Is the booking calendar "intelligent" enough to recognize the different appointments and does it fill in the gaps for appointments perfectly? What i mean is that we don't want to have gaps in our calendar, the appointments need to allign perfectly in time. For 2 employees at the same time....
