Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Hello,
I want to add a shortcode to my page (like this one [ameliabooking category=1 employee=1]), but this message appears "Notice: Please create category, service and employee first." whereas I have several categories and services. Why the plugin doesn't recognize my categories and services ?
Other question, how can I find my ID's ? Like my category ID or employee ID ?
I have the last version, the 2.2.1.
Thank you.
Hello flow-assistance,
Could you please check have you assigned all your services to employees? Because if there is an employee which doesn't have assigned services, or vice versa this might be the cause of the issue.
When you choose one of the Amelia views, you can check "Preselect Booking Parameters" in the right panel and then you will have drop-downs where you can choose category/service/employee that you want to show on the page. (Please see the attachment) You can also see the IDs in the database.
