Hello,
We plan to launch an online newspaper early 2020. Looking for a good events calendar for our community to use and for us to make a small amount of money on the side.
1. Can the user submit an event and can we then approve or disapprove it?
2. Will the user be able to communicate with others about this event?
3. Can we sell tickets for this event and keep a small portion?
4. Can the user submit reoccurring events?
5. Does the submit for have recaptcha?
Thanks in advance for you prompt response.
Regards,
Jim
Hi Jim,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
I am afraid that our plugin is not suitable for your use case. In our plugin only the users with Amelia admin and manager role can add and edit events. But they can also see all events that are created in the plugin. I suppose that you would need separate back-end for each user where each of them can handle their events and that is not possible at the moment. In our plugin only the employees that are assigned to the event can see the event on their back-end but in this case, admin would need to create all these events and users as employees.
Also, you wouldn't be able to get a fee for each event created. All payments in our plugin go to the same account set in Amelia.
Best regards.
