Since I don't see the "Coupons" tab in "Finance" from your screenshot, I believe you have the Lite version installed. Here's how it's supposed to look like with the full version of the plugin:
You cannot simply enter the purchase code, and have the plugin update from Lite to full version. You would need to deactivate/delete the lite plugin, then log into our store with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, download the latest version from there, and install it in your WordPress site.
After that you will see the coupons tab.
As for repeating services - when you open your Employee's tab, and navigate to Working hours, under Thursday, you can click on the "+" sign, to add a 17:00 - 19:00 time period. There, you can assign the service that employee will cover during these hours.
I have attached screen shot. Please look at Korean 연습 임 right next to "Hi". 연습 임 is first name and last name of the user. I wanted to delete that user and create new user.
This would have to be done from within the database. The user is stored in wp_amelia_users table. And I wouldn't recommend deleting it, just go in the database and rename the user.
This table is located in your WordPress database, accessible via PHPMyAdmin.
The "wp_" is a default WordPress prefix, but in your case it could be something else. You should be focusing on what's after the prefix - "amelia_users".
If you don't have direct access to PHPMyAdmin, you should be able to access it through your C-Panel. If you still cannot find it, please contact your hosting provider, and they will be able to point you to the database.
First one is that I really want my employees to set up their working hours by themselves. Because our clerks have too much work if they change employee's working hours when employees want to change their availability for work. My idea is to let employees update their availability for work by themselves.
Second one is that I want to add Note Section right below email and phone number section in the screenshot when customers book it and we can easily understand what customer specifically want for us. Also, I want to change phone number as is-required.
I tried to solve these by myself though your tutorial, but I cannot find information what I need. I am sorry to brother you.
Aleksandar is out of the office, but I will try to help you.
1. You ca let your employees configure their schedule (working hours), also there's few more options you can enable, take a look at this screen shot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQueJKJN
You need to go to Amelia Settings > Role Settings > Employee tab will be open and there you should enable: "Configure their schedule".
2. You can do this with custom fields, just add Text Custom fields. Go to Customize > Custom Fields > Add Custom Field (blue button, up right corner) and choose text field.
To set a phone number as a required field go to Amelia Settings > General Settings > "Set a phone number as a mandatory field"
I would like to add coupon but it didn't show up in my Amelia.
Also, I would like to set up repeating services.
For example, customer wants to buy services every Thursday 5:00-7:00 for specific employee.
Please answer my questions.

Hi Aleksandar,
I allow customers to book multiple services if there is pattern.
For example, my customer wants to book the service on every Friday, 5:00PM - 6:00PM.
How can I do that?
Thank you
Hi again Jake.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately recurring appointments is not yet available with the plugin's built in features.
Your customers would need to open a booking form for each appointment they'd like to book.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
