This could be linked to the bootstrap issue I referred to in the previous ticket.
If that doesn't fix it, then there is probably a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for wpDataTables, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
i did what you told me. i deactivated all plugins. it is a core plugin of my theme (capri - select themes) ... i need it :-(
is it the only thing i can try? because otherwise i have to find another solution for the tables and charts. that. would be a pity because the client likes your plugin so much. and me of course also ... argh
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Dubrovnik is beautiful, isn't it. There are some minor changes in the language. Basically we understand each-other, but it's just some extra letters, or minor changes that differentiate the two languages. "Majke mi" is universal, but "hvala lijepa" is solely Croatian. In Serbian it'd be "hvala lepo". Where are you from?
I did log in, but after half an hour of trying to open the list of tables, I simply cannot get anywhere:
I tried opening the page in Incognito mode, but it comes up with the same error. Are you having these issues when accessing your page?
I'm afraid I don't use any of the social media. I do have an account open, but have not been active there for over 3 years now.
I did manage to log in, and see the issue. Seems like none of the drop-downs work, and disabling the bootstrap slider doesn't work. Can you enable the "Plugin Editor", so I can take a look at the plugin's code? If not, are you able to provide me with FTP credentials, so I am able to edit the code?
This is probably coming from the plugin, or accordion you're using to create that drop-down (widget), where the chart is hidden under.
Charts.js pie chart works just fine without any external effect of other plugins. You can check out our documentation page, where there's a similar Charts.js pie chart, and it is responsive, and working on mobiles as well as on desktops.
hi wpdatatables
since the last update i get two arrows and i cant change the settings anymore. i attach you a screenshot.
it looks like a bug. thank you so much for having a look. dimitri

Hi again dimitri.
"bok" is actually a Croatian greeting, and we're from Serbia Thanks for going for the personal approach, though. We usually use "zdravo" or "cao"
We're always looking out for our customers, so of course we'll try and help you use our product with something else. Thanks for your support.
Anyway, I'm having issues logging in:
It says the password is wrong. Can you please check that and let me know?
Best regards.
