I'm not sure if something like this can be done.

wpDataTables requires column headers, like shown in the table here:

(the last one is missing, though)

Adding an image is easy enough, but the Product column seems to have merged cells with custom format.

You can add a link to another page with ease using URL link columns, but the text would be the same color and size.

As for the buttons in the third column, that can also be added with URL link column, by enabling "Have link appear as a button" in column settings.

A lot can be customized with CSS, but making a copy of this table is not possible.
