Since I bought Amelia (version 2.0.1) I put my code in the activate section and it worked fine, now a long time later I realize that my version is still 2.0.1 although Amelia is already going through version 2.2 and It has not been updated automatically. I have a serious problem, all my services have disappeared, I only have my employees available but when adding a service it does not let me select any of my employees. Please, I need an urgent solution.
I could fix it, but to make the services appear again I had to eliminate all my teachers. I didn't know if it was a bug or what but it lost me a lot of valuable information and time
Can you please tell me did you deleted some employees before this happens. Or deleted something that can be related with some appointments in the future.

I said: Ok, maybe if I delete all my employees, the system could again let me add employees to my services, since I couldn't add a service if I didn't have an employee.
I eliminated all my employees and Amelia automatically returned all my services that had disappeared, it was as if she had drank.
In conclusion, Amelia returned the services that had magically disappeared but I had to eliminate all my employees and register them again so that the problem could be solved.
I ask you to please give me some answer as to why this happened since I am very afraid that it will happen again in the future.
Probably the issue is withing the ratations in the database.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The fix for it is coming soon, and we are preparing the patched version with the fix.
