We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I'm still setting up Amelia.
Am I able to have the next day appointment email sent out 48hrs before the appointment time?
And the SMS go out 24hrs before the appointment time?
If not does anyone have a good idea for a work around?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to set the time connected to the time of the appointment (as you said for example 24 h "before the appointment") for the notification to be sent. You can only schedule the notification to be sent at a specific time - for example at 10:00 or at 16:00.
This is something that we will work on and hopefully implement in one of our future releases.
Regarding the cancellation, you have an option "Minimum time required before canceling" in Amelia -> Settings -> General Settings and there you can choose the time before the appointment (from 30 min to 6 months) after which the customer will not be able to cancel the appointment. Hope this helps!
