As I understand you connected the employee to his/her google calendar and when someone book an appointment that is not displayed in the employee calendar.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Once you connect the employee to Google calendar,from that moment new appointments will be synced to the calendar, the old one will not be synced.

Ok so as I understand the new appointments are displaying in the calendar once you book it.

Every appointment before the sync will not be displayed in the Google calendar.

Like I mentioned when you sync employee to his/her calendar, from that moment when the appointment is booked it will be displayed in the calendar.

Unfortunately the sync can not update the old appointments , just the new ones.

Sorry to disappoint you but at the moment old ones will not be updated, we will try to upgrade this feature for future updates.
