So I set up two locations, one physical (an office) and one meant to be online.
Two locations exist in the system.
However, from what I can tell, an employee can only be assigned to one location. If the employee is myself and I can take appointments either at a physical location or online, why is there a limitation to that?
Is there a way around this?
I also don't see a way to assign a location to a service, such that I could at least create a workaround for something like:
30-minute session (online)
30-minute session (in-person)
60-minute session (online)
60-minute session (in-person)
Then I could simply add myself to all of those, but as I stated, I don't see a way to add a location to a service, but I can see that it's very easy to do so for events.
Essentially, I don't see a way to add Locations to either Services or multiple Locations to Employees.
Each employee has a default location which can be changed in Working Hours of the Employee, but only per time periods. So, you are right when you say you can't assign an employee to both locations at the same time.
Since you're the only employee, you won't see a drop-down for location in the booking form.
The locations are linked to an employee, so a work-around here would be to duplicate the employee, and assign each employee to a different location. Both employees could be assigned to both services (30 minute and 60 minute sessions), without having to add additional services for online and in-person.
This would be done through the booking form:
So, depending on the selected location, one of your employees would be assigned to the appointment. A down-side to this is, that the same time slot would remain open for another employee, and since you're the only employee it could cause an issue.
We are currently working on enabling multiple locations at the same periods for an employee, but I cannot say when that will be released.

Hopefully there is a fix for this.
Hello Matthew.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards.
