I have certain services, that I only deliver on certain hours and days of the week. How can I set such a service up?
For example: The barber shop is usually not booked out until 12:00am, so I'd like to set up a service to fill those time slots, but those time slots should not be able to clutter my time after 12:00am.

Special Days – This feature allows you to set one or multiple days in which your employee will have different working hours and/or provide different services. Whether you need to set shorter or longer working hours for just one day or a period, or set a different service for one specific day or a whole week, here you can do all of this. Once you set it, it will override employee’s general working hours and service schedule but it will not override the days off.

This almost solves my problem, but I guess I didn't correctly understand how to apply this feature.
I need to set up "good morning haircut" service weekly from Thursday to Friday 09:00am-12:00am. How can I do that?

That is something that we are calling recurring appointments, which is one of the major features that we will work on.
To be able to set the appointments for specific days and to repeat based on the period that you can choose.
