Unfortunately, this is the only way to set the time for the scheduled notifications in Amelia at the moment.
But this option is something that we are working on for one of our future releases. Probably, there will be an option to set a notification couple of hours/one hour before the appointment, but we didn't have thoughts about minutes/periods less than an hour so far . We will consider this as well and see whether it is doable.

I would prefer to choose how many hours or minutes before and after the appointment a notification should be sent. Imho, there is no reason to limit it to fixed periods. What would be the benefit?

Hello, i am looking for an option to customize the time setting for notifications. e.G. 15 minutes before start.
Right now scheduled notifications are sent at times, which are quite unusual.
