For some reason, the confirmation emails that go out to my customers are referencing MY local time (instead of the customers local time).
To confirm, when they book their appointment they are definitely shown the times in their own specific time zone - it's just when they receive the confirmation emails they are being shown MY timezone... this is becoming confusing for my customers.
If you enabled "Show booking slots in client time zone" like you mentioned - the notification e-mails that are being sent should also use this logic and add their time zone times in the notifications.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Just to let you know our developers are working on this issue. They, unfortunately, don't believe they will be able to resolve it before the next update (2, 3 weeks).
Hi there,
For some reason, the confirmation emails that go out to my customers are referencing MY local time (instead of the customers local time).

Is there a way to fix this...?
THanks in advance :)
Hey Jessie.

Hello again Jessie.
Yup, that worked.
I scheduled a consultation for October 5th, at 4:00 AM my time (CET), and received the following e-mail:
So, it works well for the first e-mail.
But, when I confirm the appointment, I get this:
So, 12PM somehow goes through when you change the status of the appointment.
The issue has been forwarded to our development team, and they'll see what's actually going on.
Best regards.
